Both treatments are available to all health and social care staff and unpaid carers in Scotland. This includes but is not limited to; medical, nursing and social work, social care students and others healthcare professionals returning to the workforce. You do not need to have an NHS or local authority email address.
Daylight is a smartphone-based app that provides help to people experiencing symptoms of worry and anxiety, using evidence-based cognitive behavioural techniques, voice, and animation.
